Slightly over one week late, I went to my sister's house in Carthage to drop off Christmas gifts and pick up my own haul. Thanks to all for the jammies, robe, slippers, cookies, gift cards, regular cards, Belsnickle (forgot that in the email, sorry) and lots of love!
Today was also the last day of school before the Christmas break. Of course, thanks to my computer dump I had to rewrite my paper so it didn't get done on time. I'll turn it in tomorrow and take the 10% reduction in grade. It is so difficult to write about things you couldn't possibly care less about, especially when all your research is gone and you have to start over.
Sir Mugley is coughing and sniffing and probably running a fever, but he'd never admit it. I'm gonna try to get him to call the doctor tomorrow, but it won't do any good. The doctor will just say to treat the symptoms. It's going to be a matter of keeping him away from me so I don't catch it as well. We're expecting the grandbabies over on Friday to open their gifts and can't have any illness around to screw it up.
I'm stopping here for tonight. I'll be back tomorrow.
