Talk about your Scrooge! Some jerk in Ohio has copyrighted the phrase "Shop with a Cop", which is the name of a program many communities around here run during the Christmas season. During that time, a police officer will be teamed up with an underprivileged child and they go shopping for Christmas. Well, that jerk now is demanding money if they use that phrase.
