What a day. This was my initial reaction to the big announcement tonight:
After I had a chance to digest what had happened, I felt like this:
I'll be back for Phriday Phideaux. I've gotta get some rest. I can tell you that I'm not sure I can accept Mr. Obama as my President. It has nothing to do with race; it has everything to do with character, and frankly, I believe he has none. I only pray that we can fix whatever he breaks in 2010.

Hi Denise - I'm Jean from Grandma's House and A Grandma's Political Opinion - we must pray for Obama and his family. We must pray for God to work through our new President and to guide him to do the right thing - we must have faith in God to be with him and with us. We are going to have a difficult time of it, no matter how disappointed we are, we can only heal our sadness through our prayers and faith. I feel the same as you do. Please take care.
