I'm sure by now you've heard about the lawsuit compelling Barack Obama (or whoever he is) to produce his long-version birth certificate among other documents proving he is eligible to run for President. The due date was October 15, 2008. Oops. The Obama people and DNC failed to respond to the court order. According to this blog posting, that's the same as admitting he's not eligible to be our President. Read it for yourself, and let me know what you think.

What I think is that if Phillip Berg doesn't have someone cranking his car in the morning, he has a death wish.
I have posted about this as well. As has Rodger at Curmudgeonly&Skeptical. Supposedly Berg has appealed the ruling and proceeded to go to SCOTUS for the next round. Unless there is some very fast maneuvering I doubt this will be addressed until well after the elections, which could make the whole thing a very bloody affair indeed. Heaven help us all.
