Now, I don't have one, but I don't begrudge anyone who does have a beautifully manicured lawn. However, there's a line between caring about your lawn, and obsessing. This man went way, way over that line:
A man who neighbors say was devoted to his meticulously kept lawn was charged with murder in the shooting of a 15-year-old boy who apparently walked across his yard.I hope that, whenever he gets to prison, he has a whole yard of crabgrass to look at. And not be able to do anything about it. Then they should get vicious with him. What a maniac!
Charles Martin called 911 on Sunday afternoon, saying calmly: "I just killed a kid."
