I've heard some crazy campaign promises in my life, but this one is just over the top:
Premier Silvio Berlusconi has promised Italians he would lower taxes and raise pensions. His latest campaign pledge is rather personal: no sex until April 9 elections, an Italian newspaper reported Sunday.What do you want to bet he votes really, really early on election day?
