The $8,000 caricature, which stood in protest of the possible location of the village’s proposed sewage treatment plant, was snatched early Tuesday morning.I think we should put Pepe LePew on the case. He could surely sniff it out.
Don Allen, the group’s president, thinks the theft was politically motivated since the sewer plant has surfaced as a campaign issue in the testy village president’s race
