Grandma's House

Today's humanitarian award goes to Carolyn Shaw, of Cedar Creek, Utah. The EMT was called at work by her husband, who told her their pet chihuahua was in labor and having trouble. She and her partner, along with an intern, went to the house, where she found the beloved dog dead. On examination, however, she found the pups were still moving. So she did a C-section on her pet, and saved the pups. All three are alive and well, and already have homes waiting for them when they're old enough. Congratulations to you, Mrs. Shaw.
