This is a picture of my son, Tom with his wife, Michele, at a mountainman rendezvous in Oregon about two years ago. He is wearing an authentic kapote and the tail on his hat is coyote. He said he'd make a kapote for me. I'm gonna hold him to that promise, because it really looks comfy.
