Sometimes kids can be cruel; other times they can be monsters. In Wales, a schoolgirl, 11 year old Bianca Powell, had just started back to school after four years of intensive radiation and chemotherapy after brain tumor surgery. So what happens? Some stupid 14 year old boy sets her hair on fire. She's now traumatized all over again, and frankly I wouldn't blame her if she never wanted to go back there again.
