Mr. Minority links to a story that is confusing at best: Right now the city of Provo, Utah has a law on the books that says you can own two dogs or two cats, but you can't own a dog and a cat at the same time! I can't for the life of me figure out the reasoning for this law. Looks like someone went a little power mad with the lawbooks.
